We invite you to share an idea or experience you’ve had in Primary for the Primary in Zion blog.  This may include a anecdotal story, an Primary organizational idea, a lesson idea, a suggestion for Primary parents etc.  The possibilities are endless!  We feel synergy by featuring multiple viewpoints and ideas on this blog! Read through several posts of interest to you to get a feel for what PrimaryinZion is like, but feel free to express your own style.

We will publish under your first name and ask you to include a brief bio, three or so sentences, describing yourself.

Guidelines:

  • Feel free to submit multiple posts!
  • Each post should be relatively short (usually 300-500 words), although posts can be longer if needed. You may want to break up a longer post into several shorter posts, to be published sequentially or sporadically (see our “Overheard in Primary” collection for an example of sporadic, short posts, or Bean Bag Ideas for Kid-Involvement: Part 4 of 4 – Music Games! for an example of sequential posts).
  • Please do not name or otherwise identify individual children or people without their permission or the permission of their parents.
  • Keep in mind our international audience. See What’s Primary like in Nepal or Bahrain?

Please submit your post in the comment section of the Contact Us page, or submit directly to marcimcpheewriter (at) gmail (dot) com. We reserve the right to edit posts for content and clarity. We are also happy to work with you to shape your idea into a post.

Thanks for sharing your good ideas with the world!
